Stuart's role as Managing Director is to ensure that Rustington Golf Centre achieves it's strategic objectives and to provide leadership and direction to Senior Management and staff. His responsibilities include; Capital Expenditure, Business Development, Senior Management Development and Finance.

Gary's role is to implement, co-ordinate and achieve Rustington Golf Centre's strategic objectives, programmes and policies and to provide leadership and guidance to Management and Staff. His responsibilities include; Sales, Marketing, Volume Purchasing, Supplier Negotiations, Management & Retail Development, and Human Resources.

Steve's role at Rustington Golf Centre includes managing Club Membership both administratively and financially. His responsibilities include; Purchasing, Company Productivity and Efficiency, Membership Management, Health & Safety, Developing and Improving Communications, Accounts Support, Stock Control, and Events Management.

Grant's primary role at Rustington Golf Centre is to manage the amenity section. This involves leading the greenkeeping team, planning day to day operations, and carrying out repairs and maintenance to both machinery and amenity. Grant and his team strive to make our Golf Course a high quality enjoyable environment to come and play golf.

James' role at Rustington Golf Centre is to manage and maintain our 3000 sq ft, state of the art Golf Pro Shop. He has the task of maintaining our exceptionally high levels of customer service including our Custom Fitting service, whilst also providing support for his excellent Sales Team. His vision is to provide a golfing retail experience that is second to none. He wants to be certain that every customer that visits our shop leaves suitably impressed.
