Stuart's role as Managing Director is to ensure that Rustington Golf Centre achieves it's strategic objectives and to provide leadership and direction to Senior Management and staff. His responsibilities include; Capital Expenditure, Business Development, Senior Management Development and Finance.

Rachael's role is as Personal Assistant to Mr Stuart Langmead, and includes Customer Care and liaising with Committee Members.

Diane's role is to deal with accounts and membership.

Grant's primary role is to manage the amenity section. This involves leading the greenkeeping team, planning day to day operations, and carrying out repairs and maintenance to both machinery and amenity. Grant and his team strive to make our Golf Course a high quality enjoyable environment to come and play golf.

Our Golf Pro Shop Sales Team are amongst the most experienced people in Golf Retail and are therefore able to offer you complete and accurate information and advice. They manage and maintain our 3000 sq ft, state of the art Golf Pro Shop with exceptionally high levels of customer service and support. Our vision is to provide a golfing retail experience that is second to none. We want to be certain that every customer that visits our shop leaves suitably impressed. Throughout the year we also host exclusive Demo Days with a variety of our shop manufacturers participating.

Ace Fitting Services are authorised to fit the latest equipment to ensure you purchase the correct clubs and specifications that will help you play your best golf. To play your best you must play with equipment that compliments your game. Personal fitting is about identifying the right equipment in the right specification.
